°CRYO SERVICES & PRODUCTS

PURCHASE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. By purchasing any products or services at ºCRYO Bahrain in Bahrain you as a °CRYO Stay Young customer fully acknowledge and agree to this policy and services, products purchase, return, refund terms and conditions.

2. Client receives from °CRYO payment receipt and Tax Invoice to the client‘s provided email.

3. If a purchased retail merchandise product is defective or broken during the moment of purchase or within 14 days period after the purchase client has the right to return the product to °CRYO Bahrain locations for warranty service or replacement for new same or similar product.

4. If returned retail merchandise product can not be repaired or replaced with same or similar new product, client will receive a °CRYO credit note which can be used within 30 days period for a new purchase of any other products or services at any °CRYO Bahrain location, or client can request a cash refund which is subject to approval of °CRYO Bahrain retail management.

5. If client wants to return any purchased retail merchandise product which is not defective or broken, after client returned and °CRYO received unopened and unused product in the original packaging °CRYO will issue a credit note which can be used for a new purchase of other products or services at any °CRYO UAE location for beauty, fitness, wellness, recovery, slimming. This credit is not refundable in cash nor card and will expire in 30 days if not used.

6. Any °CRYO services (treatments) single session or points package purchase is fully paid up- front or installments on www.cryo.com via PostPay provider and there are no money back refunds.

7. Any °CRYO services (treatments) single session or points package purchased can not be exchanged or assigned to any other person without °CRYO Bahrain management approval.

8.  °CRYO packages include concrete treatments which can be redeemed on category-specific treatments as per the Bahrain Package menu. The package will expire automatically after the validity date mentioned on the package purchase form. Packages can be extended at any Bahrain centre by purchasing extensions for an additional fee.

9. All °CRYO treatments should be booked in advance and appointments are subject to availability. By making an appointment for any °CRYO treatment, the client is fully accepting the terms and conditions of the °CRYO bookings cancellation policy published on www.cryo.com.

10. °CRYO reserves the right to reject or stop any services (treatments) not suitable for the client based on medical contraindication or any safety concerns. Client is required to complete the mandatory °Cñ’YO health disclaimer before commencing any face or body treatment at any °CRYO location. It is the client’s full responsibility to inform °CRYO about any change in health condition or contraindication between the treatments.

11. °CRYO can periodically change prices of any treatments. °CRYO reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or change any treatments or retail merchandise products without prior notice or liabilities. All °CRYO menu and product prices are inclusive of value added tax.

12. This policy is valid until further notice and applicable in any °CRYO locations within the United Arab Emirates. Policy terms & conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
