°CRYO SHOP: Terms and Conditions

The following terms & conditions govern the rights and obligations of °CRYO Health LLC operated as °CRYO and members thereof.

General Info

°CRYO memberships are personal to the member and are non-assignable, non-transferable and non-refundable. All memberships are subject to the approval of the °CRYO management.The management reserves the right to reject an application for membership to the °CRYO for any reason related to any medical, safety or general concerns. Memberships are available to individuals who are a minimum of 18 years of age. Any applicant below 18 must produce a letter of consent by the parent/guardian and doctor, however, all visits must be accompanied by the parent/guardian. All members accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of membership and agree to comply with the rules of the °CRYO locations with regards to the use of the facilities, opening hours and conduct. The °CRYO management may make reasonable changes to these rules, from time to time.

Membership Fees

Joining fee All new members shall pay an initial joining (subscription) fee as per the rate applicable at that time, these are non-refundable, including upon resignation or termination, and shall become immediately due upon being accepted as a member. A returning member who does not hold a currently valid membership is considered a new member. A member can extend membership or change from one type of memberships to another without paying a Joining Fee as long as the memberships succeed one another within 6 months from the expiration of the previous one.

Payment terms

All membership fees are paid upfront and are not refundable, can not be used in conjunction with any offers and promotions.

Price change

°CRYO management reserves the right to periodically review their prices, charges, and fees and implement these accordingly. All fees are inclusive of value-added tax or similar indirect tax.

Access to °CRYO treatments

°CRYO treatments are subject to availability. The °CRYO management does not guarantee that °CRYO treatment will always be available or be uninterrupted. °CRYO treatments may be suspended, discontinued or changed and °CRYO will not be liable if for any reason °CRYO treatments are unavailable at any time or for any period.

Freezing Membership

Members can apply to freeze their membership. To freeze a membership a member must complete a form at the °CRYO location. This needs to be submitted personally. A membership cannot be frozen during the first 3 months of membership. The freeze period must be for a duration of not less than 2 weeks and for a maximum of 1 month depending on membership.Members cannot use °CRYO services in this period. The membership cannot be frozen in retrospect.

Membership Expiration

All memberships sessions will expire automatically on the date of expiration set up at the date of its purchase. Memberships are subject to a maximum number of sessions that can be attended during a membership period. Any unused sessions are not being transferable or refundable and cannot be carried forward.

Health and Safety

All members are required to complete the mandatory °CRYO disclaimer, before commencing their treatments at °CRYO. The member warrants and represents that he/she is in the good physical condition and that there is no medical or other reason that would prevent him/her from engaging in treatment offered by °CRYO. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor his/her own physical condition and to update °CRYO in writing with any information that might affect their ability to continue with any treatments at °CRYO locations.

Members are required to inform °CRYO staff of any concerns experienced during any treatment.°CRYO staff is authorized to stop any member from performing any treatment if in their opinion he/she suffers from any unusual or concerning symptoms or is not complying to safety rules. Members must abide by the guidance of the °CRYO staff and comply with all points clearly explained during the briefing session.

Limitation of Liability

In consideration of °CRYO management accepting an application for membership of the °CRYO, the member agrees that °CRYO Health LLC, its owners, management, employees and subsidiaries accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to members’ properties, for death or injuries sustained while on the premises of any °CRYO location.

Members agree that no claims will be made against the °CRYO, its owners, management, employees and its subsidiaries for any reason whatsoever and members agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold them harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, costs, and liabilities which may arise out of or in any way related to the membership, member’s presence in °CRYO location or receiving °CRYO treatments.
